Last week I was putting together a list of board games that I love and have played over the years. I had a pretty solid list, and this got me thinking. Besides the stock standard family favourites, what are some of the less known board games that you absolutely love? Here are a few of the ones that I came up with:

Monopoly, Cluedo, Snakes and Ladders, Checkers, Connect Four and a few more. After going through this list, I quickly realised that we have created fitness board games for every one of these games. They are all part of our members zone board games category.

This being said, I realised that we don’t have any games that not only give clients and students a great workout, but that also teach and educate everyone on positive eating habits. How amazing would it be if you had a game where participants are not only having fun getting fit, but were also working through different nutritional questions at the same time?

This really got me thinking and inspired. I love a challenge and this seemed like a really big one for me, to design a fitness board game that incorporated nutrition and team work all in one. I have never seen or heard of anything like this being done before (if it has I’m sorry, I just have not stumbled across anything like this).

Putting all this together and making it a fun team based activity sounded like the perfect combination! This is when the idea and dream started to actually happen. The ‘King of Kilojoules’ board game was starting to take shape. We are currently 75% of the way through getting this done. This week as part of our Members Zone, instead of releasing three games, it will just be this amazing full group board game activity. We are so excited with this product and we can guarantee that it will be one of the best resources that we have created. This will not be for individual sale, only available exclusively on our Members Zone site. Stay tuned, as this game changing fitness board game will be released this Friday. Have a great week everyone, and if you haven’t checkout our members zone then you are missing out. For the low price of $4.95 per week you have access to over 370 printable PDF resources that we have created. This is the ultimate fitness resource library. Check it out here –
